Our approach to training begins with proper technique in these areas: Speed, Agility, Quickness, Strength, Power, Coordination, Nutrition, Flexibility, and Mental Focus.

AF has conducted programs for (but not limited to):  soccer, golf, football, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, ice hockey, track and field, boxing, rowing, and competitive cheer.
